2023 was the handover year at Rosa. At the World Cross Country Championships in Bathurst, Jacob Kiplimo and Beatrice Chebet won the senior men's and women's titles on the same afternoon. Chebet ended the year with a 14:13 world record for 5km on the road in Barcelona on New Year's Eve.
