Returns & exchanges

You have 14 days from delivery to return a piece. Tell us within those 14 days and send it back unworn, unwashed and with the numbered authentication tag still attached, in the same condition in which it arrived.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the piece arrived damaged, incorrect or significantly different from its description — see section 04.

Because each product is a one-of-a-kind, athlete-worn or team-issued competition piece, we still recommend checking the description, measurements, condition notes and photos carefully before ordering. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

We are unable to offer exchanges. Most of our items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced with another size, colour or model.

If a return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs — unless the return is due to an error on our side, a damaged item, an incorrect item, or where applicable consumer law states otherwise. We recommend using a tracked and insured service; Élite Athletics Clothes is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. To help us review your case, please include:

• —Your order number
• —Clear photos of the item
• —Photos of the packaging, if the parcel arrived damaged
• —A short explanation of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a refund, return, replacement where possible, or another appropriate resolution.

Any approved return must be sent back in the same condition in which it was received. Returned items must not be:

• —Worn after delivery
• —Washed
• —Altered
• —Damaged
• —Stained
• —Missing original tags, labels, packaging or accessories

Items returned in a different condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Many of our products are authentic athlete-worn, team-issued, player-issued or competition-used pieces. Minor signs of use, storage marks, small imperfections or natural wear may be present and are part of the unique history of these collectible items. We always aim to describe each product as accurately as possible through photos, condition notes and product details.
