That September adidas released the 138-gram Adizero Adios Pro Evo 1 — ten days later Tigst Assefa broke the marathon world record in Berlin wearing it.

A speedsuit is a fitted one-piece track racing garment — singlet and shorts fused into a single skin-tight surface — worn by sprinters, hurdlers and relay squads to eliminate loose fabric entirely.
