Rosa & Co Pro Elite 2025 is the Nike kit of the 2025 season for the athletes of Rosa Associati, and the year Beatrice Chebet ran 13:58.06 for 5000 m in Eugene on 5 July — the first woman under fourteen minutes. In October Jacob Kiplimo won the Chicago Marathon in 2:02:23. The women's crop top of that season is in this archive.

Under Fourteen Minutes
For Rosa & Co, the Italian agency run by Federico Rosa whose athletes race in Nike, 2025 was the year Beatrice Chebet went under a line the women's 5000 m had never crossed. The record had stood at 14:11.15 for twelve years before Letesenbet Gidey took it to 14:06.62 in 2020; in 2023 Faith Kipyegon and then Gudaf Tsegay brought it down to 14:00.21. On 5 July 2025, at the Prefontaine Classic in Eugene, Chebet ran 13:58.06 — 2.15 seconds inside Tsegay's mark and the first time a woman had run the distance in under fourteen minutes. Agnes Ngetich was second in 14:01.29 and Tsegay third in 14:04.41.

It had been coming all spring. On 25 May at the Diamond League meeting in Rabat, Chebet ran 8:11.56 for 3000 m, the second-fastest time ever run; in Rome in June she ran 14:03.69 for 5000 m and missed the record by a few seconds. Eugene was her third big race in six weeks. The same afternoon is told from Nike's side in Nike Pro Elite 2025, because the brand had two world records on that track that afternoon.
In September, at the World Championships in Tokyo, she won the 5000 m and 10,000 m again, but in the Kenya kit, which is a federation contract and belongs to our Kenya history.
Kiplimo's Marathon Year
The men's side of the agency had its marathon year. Jacob Kiplimo, the Ugandan whose manager is Federico Rosa, opened 2025 with 56:42 for the half marathon in Barcelona in February — a time World Athletics did not ratify, because the lead car had been close enough to shelter him. He moved up to the marathon in London on 27 April and finished second in 2:03:37 on his debut at the distance.
Chicago, on 12 October, was the win. Kiplimo ran 2:02:23, a Ugandan record and one of the fastest marathons in history, in a Nike singlet printed for the race. The record he could not keep in Barcelona he took properly the following spring: 57:20 in Lisbon on 8 March 2026, ratified in September. Where the two stand now matters for anyone buying the kit of their year. Chebet announced she was expecting her first child and has missed the whole of 2026; her 5000 m and 10,000 m world records both still stand. Kiplimo is racing and holds the half marathon world record. The previous season is in Rosa & Co Pro Elite Team 2024.
The 2025 Crop Top
The 2025 piece in our archive is a women's crop top, and its label is specific. Colour: Old Royal / Team Orange / White. Body 100% polyester; mesh lining 81% polyester and 19% elastane; Nike Dri-FIT ADV; perforated cloth for ventilation; made in the USA. The label also carries a line that no other Rosa piece in our archive lists: “Nike International: Perpetual Motion”. Nike has not published what the phrase refers to, so we report it as it stands.
Construction follows the athlete-issue rules our authentication guide covers: competition-weight cloth, race cuts, no retail run. A Rosa piece is a club document: these athletes wear it at meetings and on the roads, and wear their country's kit at a championship.
