One Agency, Four Decades, One Legend
In 1981, Dr. Gabriele Rosa founded the Centro Marathon in Brescia, Italy — a sports clinic where medicine and high performance fused systematically for the first time. No one imagined that this project would give rise to Rosa Associati, the most influential athletics agency of the last four decades.
The philosophy was simple but revolutionary: treat the athlete as a complete system. Physiology, recovery, performance psychology, tactical preparation. What is today the global standard, Gabriele Rosa was practicing when nobody else was.

The Turn That Changed World Athletics
In 1990, Gabriele Rosa travelled to Kenya. The country had barely two internationally recognised marathon runners at the time. Rosa saw what nobody else could see: extraordinary human potential waiting for the right conditions.
He launched the Discovery Kenya project to identify young talent and provide world-class professional infrastructure — medical preparation, international representation, access to the major circuits. Training camps in Eldoret and Kaptagat, above 2,000 metres of altitude, became factories of champions.

Generation after generation, Rosa Associati placed athletes on the top step of the podium at the world's greatest marathons: Boston, Chicago, London, Berlin, New York.
